Combining of the items in one is NOT possible
Shipments over 1 kg rounded up in one kg (3,50BGN) – 1кg; 2кg; 3кg etc.
All packages are weighed at receiving in Germany
The maximum size and weight of parcel are packages with max dimension of (190cm Height, 80cm Width,120cm Length) and weight to 50kg, for oversized items with one of listed measurements above, it is necessary prior consultation with representative of pratki.de
All shipments travel to destination Bulgaria in packaged form, if they arrive in unpackaged form they are repackaged at the expense of the recipient according to the price list of pratki.de

Examples for the calculation of the final price on assisted orders

1. You have selected a product online that you want us to pay by bank transfer or through PayPal sum of 50euro for its purchase, and you will pay us the amount by bank transfer in Bulgarian bank or in cash at our office.

50Euro + 7%= 53.50euro + 4BGN = 108.63BGN.

2. You have selected a product online that you want us to pay by bank transfer the sum of 50euro for its purchase, and you will pay the amount to us via PayPal.

50Euro + 14%= 57euro + 4BGN = 115.48BGN.

3. You have chosen a product from a real shop in Germany for which we want to pay on the spot and the sum of 50euro to buy it, as you will pay the amount to us by bank transfer in Bulgarian bank or in cash at our office.

50Euro + 9%= 54.50euro = 106.59BGN.

When we need to return you money:

- If you purchased our product but in the meantime he was exhausted at the store or website in Germany

Invoicing

Invoices can be issued upon request within 5 days after receiving the goods for:

- transport service
- increasing the liability of the carrier
- service for assisted returning

Invoice for the purchase itself (good) in assisted shopping is not issued by the "ONE HOUR" LTD. As a proof of purchase is provided receipt (or other document) issued by the website or store in Germany.
